CEO
Nicholas Havercroft, born in Scunthorpe, UK, is a seasoned professional with over four decades of international experience in agriculture and agri-processing. His expertise is not limited to agriculture alone; Nicholas has also ventured into various start-ups across diverse fields, demonstrating a knack for successfully raising international finance.
In recent years, Nicholas has shifted his focus towards environmental sustainability, developing a biodegradable plastic bottle (Plant Green Bottle), a revolutionary drug delivery device and is leading the charge at MarillionEx. Here, he has developed introduced the innovative Diamond Standard of Carbon Credits, a venture that also pioneers in water credits, wildlife/mitigation banking, plastic credits, and community credits. This initiative is a testament to his commitment to environmental conservation and community development.
Gavin Havercroft
Product Development & Technology
Gavin Havercroft cofounded MarillionEx and leads the product development and implementation of operations. British born, he has been actively involved in start-up operations in both green and brown field projects for thirty years. He has focused on research and Development in a number of fields, focussing on green technologies, carbon capture, regenerative agriculture, and sustainable biodiversity within those fields.
Having travelled extensively, Gavin has developed a strong relationship within a number of communities, and is committed to empower localised communities, through the initiation of greener sustainable agricultural and environmental practices.
Mbuso Dabula
Business Development Manager
Mbuso Dabula is the Founder & Managing Director of Applera Investments, a private Research & Business Development firm.
Mbuso has over 15 years experience in International Business Development & Corporate Events Management. He has also worked as a Contracted Specialist B2B Chief Sales Manager for various firms globally. He has built and fostered intimate relationships with Private Family Offices, Development Finance Institutions, Institutional Investors, Private Equity & Venture Capital Funds.
Mbuso currently resides in Calgary Canada. His top personal interests are Formula One Racing (F1), Motorbikes and Aviation.
